Will using GlotDesk get my account banned?
We only provide features for normal conversations, follow Telegram's rate limits strictly, and offer no high-risk features like cold mass messaging or bulk adding. Platforms make the final call, though — if your own usage breaks their rules (for example, messaging strangers), your account can still be restricted.
How can a team share one Telegram account?
Admins assign Telegram accounts to teammates in Team, and each teammate links the account on their own computer by scanning a QR code (approved by the account holder on their phone) — no shared passwords or login codes. Everyone sees only the accounts assigned to them, conversations can be assigned and handed over, and every action is logged. Cloud hosting (no per-computer QR login) is coming soon.
How accurate is the translation? Which languages?
We offer both machine translation and AI translation. AI translation uses the conversation's context for a more natural tone, and glossaries keep product names and industry terms consistent. 100+ languages are supported, and common ones can be translated right in your browser.
How do I pay and renew with USDT?
When you choose a plan, we create an invoice with a dedicated payment address on TRC20 or TON, and your plan activates automatically once the payment arrives. USDT doesn't renew automatically, so we remind you 7, 3 and 1 day before expiry, with a 3-day grace period after. Always send on the network shown on the invoice.
Is my chat data secure?
We don't store your chat history. In personal mode, login credentials are encrypted only in your browser and messages travel directly between your browser and Telegram. When you use cloud translation or AI features, that text passes through our servers to the translation or AI provider and is discarded afterwards; with in-browser translation, it never leaves your computer. We never sell your data or train models on your conversations.
Can I upgrade or add seats anytime?
